1. The petitioners seek issuance of directions to be issued to the investigating agency to further investigate the matter arising out or FIR No. 422, dated 14.7.2022, Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, under Sections 193, 196, 204, 209, 384, 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC.
2. It has however, been informed that the police upon completion of investigation has presented a closure report before the Illaqa Magistrate on 08.04.2024 and that final decision upon the same is yet to be taken and the same is presently fixed for 14.12.2024.
3. Needless to mention, Illaqa Magistrate is duly competent to look into all the aspects of the case while examining the closure report and is also competent to issue directions for further investigating the matter, if deemed appropriate. CRM-M-59851-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) the pleas as have been raised herein before the Illaqa Magistrate where the closure report is stated to have been presented. Needless to mention, in case the petitioners raise any plea before the Illaqa Magistrate at the time of considering the closure report, the same shall be taken into account while passing any order.
