Prayer in the present appeal is for setting aside order dated 17.11.2023 vide which application for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellants was dismissed in case FIR No.111 dated 13.06.2019, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 506 of IPC and Section 3/33/89 of SC/ST Act registered at Police Station Chhainsa, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that vide order 07.10.2023, the appellants were summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to face the trial. The appellants had preferred anticipatory bail before the learned trial Court which was dismissed vide order 17.11.2023.

This Court vide order dated 26.04.2024 directed the appellants to appear before the learned trial Court on or before the next date fixed in the trial and on their doing so, they were directed to be released on interim bail to its satisfaction till the next date fixed in the present appeal. 4.

On 29.05.2024, learned trial Court while admitting the appellants to interim bail, passed the following order:- KAVITA NAIN 2024.07.23 11:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment

CRA-S-3711-2023 -2- "xx xx xx Heard. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CRA-S-3711-2023 titled as "Ravinder Kumar alias Sachin and others vs. State of Haryana', whereby the Hon'ble High Court has admitted the applicants/accused to concession of interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court, the applicants are directed to furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount each. The requisite bonds have been furnished, accepted and attested. xx xx xx"

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeal is allowed. Order dated 26.04.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. 6.

However, the appellants are directed to appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
