(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.303 dated 20.05.2023 registered under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC and Section 307 IPC (added later on) at Police Station City Dabwali, District Sirsa (Annexure P-1) along with all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach this Court in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties. Allowed as prayed for with the aforesaid liberty.
