Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0258, dated 19.10.2024, under Sections 15(c) and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application there. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.
