Apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS]. 2.
Counsel for the State as well as complainant submit that the petitioner has intentionally not mentioned his criminal history and as per their information, petitioner is accused in four more FIRs in the State of Punjab. The possibility of other FIRs in other State is not ruled out.

Given above, the petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh one by mentioning all criminal antecedents pending anywhere. It is clarified that dismissal of the present petition shall not come in the way of petitioner if chooses to file fresh. There is no need to file fresh power of attorney by the petitioner if fresh petition is filed and power of attorney filed in the petition shall suffice. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
