(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS is for issuance of a direction to official respondents for taking appropriate legal action on representation dated 13.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) pending before respondent No.2 as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in 'Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. and others' 2013(4) RCR (Crl.) 979 and for registration of case against private respondent Nos.4 to 7 for snatching, causing hurt, wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation. Copy of MLR produced in Court today, is taken on record During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner had moved a representation dated 13.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.2, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.2 is directed to look into and decide the said representation.
