(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 8 to ensure that the sanctioned work under the Shivdham Scheme (i.e. construction of boundary wall around the Kabristan) with a sanctioned grant of Rs.35,00,000/- is executed forthwith and without obstruction.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned authorities to decide representation dated 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
