Learned counsel for the petitioner after vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, fairly prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to seek the concession of regular bail on surrendering before the trial Court.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender on or before 21.12.2023 before the trial Court and in case, the petitioner applies for concession of regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously and preferably within five working days.

It is made clear that the bail of the petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law on its own merits.
