This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in CWP-4107-2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that the order dated 18.10.2023 has since been complied with and, hence, he does not wish to press the present petition.
