*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned notice dated 24.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) issued by Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Ujhana. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition, if need so arises. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty aforesaid. 4.
