          JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 seeking custody of Samaira aged 01 year and 08 months.

If the said petition is moved within a period of four weeks before the appropriate Forum, the said Forum shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
