Learned State counsel submits that in compliance to the order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner No.1 appeared before the trial Court and granted bail vide order dated 27.02.2024 and thereafter, he even stands acquitted vide judgment dated 03.09.2025, thus, the petition qua him has been rendered infructuous.

Insofar as petitioner No.2 is concerned, he did not appear before the trial court, pursuant to the aforesaid order dated 19.12.2023. 4.
