The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to release the arrears of his medical allowance.

The petitioner is claiming arrears on account of fixed medical allowance for the period from 1.10.1998 to 20.01.2022. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if the respondents are directed to decide legal notice dated 01.09.2023 (Annexure P-11) in a time bound manner.
