 1.

The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to release the pension and all other pensionary benefits to the petitioner after regularising his services from 01.10.2003 by granting the benefit of the judgment and orders dated 13.03.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner faced with the fact that a demand ought to have been raised as a pre-requisite to seeking a writ of mandamus, wishes to withdraw the instant petition to enable him to file representation, which he prays that the same may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously
