This is second petition under Section(s) 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, filed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 142 dated 05.04.2018 for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 148, 149, 307, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 Police Station Hodal, District Palwal, Haryana. 2.
Vide order dated 05.02.2026 the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. 3.

Criminal Misc. No. M-56054 of 2025 has already joined investigation and therefore, the order dated 05.02.2026 be made absolute.

In response to above mentioned contention, the learned State Counsel has submitted that in compliance with the order dated 05.02.2026, the petitioner has joined investigation, and that the custody of petitioner is no longer required for further investigation of the present case. 5.

In view of above-mentioned observation, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required the present petition is hereby allowed and the order dated 05.02.2026, whereby interim anticipatory bail was accorded to the petitioner, is hereby made absolute.
