This petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No. 4 to 6 by the Court of ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Patiala vide its order date 06.08.2025 and confirmed vide order dated 13.08.2025 in FIR No. 74 dated 11.07.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 351 (2), 191(2), 190 of BNSS registered at Police Station Shambhu District Patiala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents, along with their acquaintances, have started harassing the petitioner and his family after the grant of anticipatory bail. He further submits that the petitioner has already moved a representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, seeking protection of his life and liberty. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that though a representation has been submitted, the petitioner has not joined the inquiry initiated pursuant to the said representation.

I have heard the counsels for the parties and perused the record. 5.

Keeping in view the submissions made and considering the fact that the petitioner has not joined the inquiry pursuant to his own representation, this Court finds no ground is made out to cancel the anticipatory bail.
