***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Vikas Thakur, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. He submits that he has no objection, if the transfer application is allowed. The applicant-wife has filed the present application for seeking transfer of the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. DMC/674/2024, titled 'Govind Singh Vs. Pooja @ Komal', filed by the respondent-husband, pending in the Family Court, Panipat and she seeks transfer of the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurgaon. In view of the statement got recorded by the counsel for the respondent, it is pertinent to mention that there is no child born from the said wedlock. TA-1488-2024 Even, the applicant is suffering from 'Abdominal Myomectomy', relating to which the medical report has also been placed on record, copy whereof is Annexure P-2.

In view of the aforesaid fact situation and also considering the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. DMC/674/2024, titled 'Govind Singh Vs. Pooja @ Komal', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Panipat, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurgaon. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Panipat, to the District and Sessions Judge, Gurgaon.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Gurgaon. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Gurgaon, within a period of one month from today onwards.
