(ORAL) Appeal herein is against the judgment dated 25.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar, whereby the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act') filed by the appellant/husband seeking dissolution of marriage of the parties by a decree of divorce, was returned to him on the point of jurisdiction. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file petition under Section 13 of the Act before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
