The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, for issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the complaints (Annexures P-5 and P-6 respectively) and take appropriate action against respondents No.5 to 7 in accordance with law.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the State submits that as per the status report dated 21.03.2026, a detailed enquiry was conducted on the aforesaid complaints Annexure P-5 and P-6 wherein, no evidence was found against respondents No.6 and 7 and the complaints were closed after passing a speaking order dated 14.03.2026.

In view of above, the instant petition has become infrcutous and is disposed of as such.

Needless to add, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail alternate remedies available to him as per law.
