This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in CWP-18062-2025. 2.

Costs, pursuant to order dated 06.11.2025, stand deposited. 3.

Affidavit of Sh. Virender Kumar Dahiya, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Panipat alongwith a copy of speaking order dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure R2) has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 4.

In view of the affidavit and the speaking order dated 04.11.2025 filed by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off.
