With the consent of the learned State counsel, a mandamus is made, upon the Assistant Collector concerned, seized with the application/petition No. 08/SDO dated 13.10.2016 titled as Gram Panchayat Agwanpur versus Ramesh and others, filed under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (as applicable to Haryana) (Annexure P-3), to within a period of three months from today, pass a speaking decision thereons, but after hearing all the affected persons concerned.
