This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 07.03.2024 passed in CWP-4896-2012 and order dated 04.08.2025 passed in LPA-2250-2025. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Shekhar Kumar Jha, General Manager, Punjab Gramin Bank, Head Office, MARKFED Road, Kapurthala has been filed in Court today, wherein it has been stated that the order stands duly complied and that the respondents have released the salary arrears of Rs.4,09,642.89 on 09.09.2025. In addition, the other admissible emoluments amounting to Rs.3,38,453.25 have also been released on 06.11.2025. Compliance report is taken on record. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the present petition revived in case the amount is not received.
