      JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 24.07.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak in Sessions Case No.29 of 2020 titled "State Vs. Kuldeep and others" in case FIR No.729 dated 16.102019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 365, 506 IPC (Section 379-B IPC added later on) at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak whereby bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled.

On 15.12.2023, the following order was passed :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it was only on one date i.e. on 24.07.2023 vide Annexure P-3 that he was absent from the Court because two days before that he met with an accident and on the same

CRM-M-63266-2023 -2date, the bail and bonds were cancelled and the warrants of arrest have been issued against him. He submitted that it was because of unavoidable circumstances that he could not appear before the learned trial Court. He submitted that he has specific instructions from the petitioner to state that the petitioner will surrender before the learned trial Court on the date already fixed i.e. 24.01.2024.

Notice of motion.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is therefore directed to surrender before the learned trial Court on the aforesaid date i.e. 24.01.2024 and till the time the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court, no coercive steps shall be taken against him. In case the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court and files any application for bail, then he shall be admitted to interim bail.

Adjourned to 18.04.2024.

In deference to the aforementioned orders, the petitioner surrendered and has been released on interim bail vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak. The copy of of the said order is taken on record as Mark 'A'. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

  It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.
