**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 BNSS, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.63, dated 27.04.2024, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 nd 120-B of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station NRI, SAS Nagar, Mohali. This Court vide order dated 08.01.2025, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation and returning the amount at the time of joining of the investigation as undertook by him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 08.01.2025 and 21.01.2025 the petitioner has joined the investigation and demand draft of Rs.10,70,000/- in the name of SANGEETA 2025.01.24 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-58241-2024 complainant has been directly handed over to the Investigating Officer ASI Gursewak Ram, who is present in the Court.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 08.01.2025 is made absolute.
