This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 21.07.2025 passed in CWP-20504-2025.

Affidavit of Ms. Kanika Goyal, Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Mahendergarh has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. Copy of order dated 01.10.2025 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Mahendergarh has also been appended with the affidavit as Annexure R-1. 3.

In view of the affidavit, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
