Dated Police Station Sections 6.2.2021 Lehra, District Sangrur 420, 506, 201 IPC and Section 7A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Amended Act, 2018).

The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 439 CrPC seeking bail.

In paragraph 10 of the petition, instead of declaring the criminal history of the petitioner from his own knowledge, he has placed reliance on affidavit of concerned DySP. This is no way to declare the criminal history. He has nowhere mentioned the criminal cases pending against him as per his own knowledge. 3.

Upon this, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh one.
