By way of filing the instant petition, violation of the order dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-20250-2025, has been alleged.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the order dated 21.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) has been complied by respondent No.2Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jaito, by way of passing a Speaking Order dated 03.10.2025. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
