Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the petitioners' pay in the first ACP Scale, w.e.f. June 2016, and thereafter grant annual increment, with all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case they are permitted to make a detailed representation to the respondents raising the claim, and that may be ordered to be expeditiously decided by them.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, contends that if any representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision will be taken by respondent No.2-Director General, Department of AVIN KUMAR 2023.12.14 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.t

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
