The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.102 dated 26.08.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, Police Station Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh. 2.

Learned Senior counsel after arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 3.
