Dated Police Station Sections 22.08.2023 Urban Estae Hisar, District Hisar 498-A, 406, 323, 506, 294, 377, 354-A read with Section 34 of IPC, 1860 2.

Vide order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned State counsel filed status report dated 05.02.2024. The same is taken on record. He further, on instructions states that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 28.12.2023 and he is not required for custodial interrogation. 4.

In view of the said facts, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 19.12.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
