***** Sandeep Moudgil, J.(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking modification of impugned orders dated 01.02.2024 and 18.12.2024 (Annexures P-9 and P-11 respectively) to the extent of giving the benefit of regularising the services of deceased husband of petitioner No.1 2.

Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of present petition, respondents have passed an order dated 06.10.2025 rejecting the representations filed by the petitioners. The copy of order produced in Court, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid order is cryptic and non-speaking and seeks time to challenge the same by way of filing separate writ petition.
