Present petition, under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 247, dated 08.12.2023, under Sections 506, 34 and 323 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Jagadhri Sadar, District Yamuna Nagar, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise, dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-2).

Since there is partial compromise, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty to file such or similar petition once again, if a fresh cause of action accrues. 3.
