The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to take action against the private respondent who has embezzled the Panchayat fund. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, he has moved applications dated 04.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) and 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.2, respectively, but the same have not been adverted to by the concerned authorities, till date.

At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having been served upon State of Priyanka 2024.12.04 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

    Haryana. Learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid application dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-3) has already been marked to the concerned Block Development and Panchayat Officer for inquiry and the required action/inquiry on the same shall be concluded within a period of four months from today.
