After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the impugned order dated 24.11.2023 (Annexure P-5) has been passed by District Sports Officer, Panipat, the petitioner intends to approach respondent No. 3- Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana by filing an appropriate representation for the redressal of his grievance that under the Sport Gradation Policy, the petitioner is very much eligible to be granted the sports gradation certificate for the sport which was being played by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that respondent No. 3- Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana be directed to decide the said representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 3.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Addl. A. G. Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana- respondents 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, any further, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with respondent No. 3 so as to raise all the claims as raised in the present petition.
