MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in case FIR No.255 dated 10.03.2020 under Sections 302 341 34 of the IPC (Sections 324, 201 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act added later on) registered at Police Station Model Town, Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to bring to the notice of this Court any material/supervening circumstances pursuant to the withdrawal of the previous petition as recently as on 06.11.2023, wherein similar relief under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. had been sought by the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the instant petition stands dismissed. 4.

However, it is made clear that anything observed hereinabove shall not be construed to be an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.
