RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing the Inquiry report prepared by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate (West) Ludhiana, i.e. respondent No.3, Annexure P-4, dated 30.11.2023 declaring the sale deed bearing Wasika No.5890, dated 24.06.1987 in favour of petitioner as forged and fabricated and also thereby recommending to review the mutations No.16618 and 16618/1 of village Bhaura, along with consequential proceedings thereof.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.
Allowed as prayed for.
