This is a petition under Section 12 read with Section 2-A of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 03.04.2025 passed in CWP9441-2025. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit dated 28.10.2025 of Dr. Chander Shekhar Khare, IAS, Chief Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order (Annexure R-2) has also been appended. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
