The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-5) to the extent he has been held responsible for loss/shortage of Mustard Seeds.

By order dated 29.08.2024, the respondents-Haryana State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (HAFED) have held petitioner liable for loss/shortage of Mustard Seeds. There is order to recover a sum of Rs. 67,61,995/- from him. As per the impugned order, he was responsible for purchase of Mustard Seeds and HAFED during physical PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2025.01.17 01:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP No. 31408 of 2024 -2verification found shortage of 211.152 Metric Tons Mustard Seeds purchased from Tosham Mandi for Rabi Marketing season 2018-2019. He has preferred appeal before Appellate Authority against the impugned order. 3.
Mr. Rajesh Kumar Dhankar, Advocate submits that grievance of petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed if respondent-HAFED is directed to decided his appeal in a time bound manner. 4.
