(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the copy of the order passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hoshiarpur, on 24.11.2023, in the Court today and the same has been placed on the file and he points out that as per this order, Execution Application No.25 of 2019 has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the fresh one within the prescribed period, while keeping the proceedings, as conducted therein, intact and in view of the afore-said order, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to file the fresh petition as and when the Execution Application would be filed again by respondent No.1-Decree-Holder, in terms of the above-mentioned order as passed by the Executing Court.
