(Oral) Mr. Anurag Singh Tagra, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent intends to file an application for withdrawal of the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the court below. However, on account of interim stay granted by this court, he was unable to file such application. On query by the court, counsel for the respondent undertakes to file such application for withdrawal of the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, within a period of two weeks from today onwards. In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
