Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.307 dated 10.08.2023, under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B of the IPC, registered at P.S. Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

For the reasons detailed in the connected case, i.e. CRM-M46166-2023 (O&M), titled as "IMTIAZ AND ANR. V/S STATE OF HARYANA", especially the misleading conduct of the petitioners, this Court does not find any merit in the instant petition and is constrained to dismiss the same. Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed. 3.
