This petition was listed for the first time on 16.01.2024. On that date, on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 29.02.2024. On that date, again on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was again adjourned to 18.03.2024. However, on that date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 03.05.2024. On that date, a written request for an adjournment has been circulated on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was again adjourned to 07.05.2024, i.e. today.

Today again, even on 2nd call no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interest in pursuing the present litigation.

Consequently, keeping in view the above, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
