(Oral) Report has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the same, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The settlement/agreement has been annexed with the said report, which is duly signed by both the parties as well as the Mediator concerned. In view of the settlement/agreement, the parties intend to seek divorce by mutual consent. The terms settled have been detailed in paragraph No.6 of the settlement/agreement.

Considering the amicable settlement, so reached, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

Pending applications also stands disposed of. However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement, so reached.
