This is the second petition filed for quashing of FIR No.0019, dated 31.01.2021, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC and Section 66(D) of Information Technology Act, 2000, at Police Station Phase 1, District SAS Nagar, alongwith other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that this is the second petition filed by the petitioner and the same is not maintainable. However, he submits, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh that after the investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and the same would be presented before the competent Court of jurisdiction within a month. 3.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as such.
