In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that by totally cryptic and non-speaking order dated 26.03.2024, copy of which has been appended as (Annexure P-1), by which the appeal filed by the petitioner against the imposition of punishment has been rejected, which order cannot be sustained. 2.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Shruti, AAG, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned State counsel submits that keeping in view the instructions received from the officer concerned namely Ms. Sweety Devgan, Deputy Director, the impugned order dated 26.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) be treated as withdrawn with liberty to pass a fresh order on the appeal filed by the petitioner against imposition of punishment, which order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
