(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.110 dated 03.09.2025 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana.

Status report dated 18.11.2025 by way of an affidavit of Varinder Singh Khosa, PPS, DSP, Dakha, District Ludhiana has been filed on behalf of respondent-State by the learned State counsel and the same is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.10.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 09.10.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 09.10.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. 7.
Petition stands disposed of.
