State of Haryana & another ..... RESPONDENT(S)
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA PRESENT: - Mr. Manav Ahlawat, Advocate, for Mr. Rohit Mittal, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to get petitioner's answer sheet for screening test re-checked, as the same was not properly evaluated. 2.
It is apparent on record that there is no provision for re-checking the result of screening test conducted by the Commission for recruitment to the post of PGTs in different subjects in response to advertisement 18-37/ 2024. The law in this regard stands settled in H.P. Public Service Commission v. Mukesh Thakur and another, 2010 (6) SCC 759, holding that no such direction should be issued unless there is a provision for the same. 3.
In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 4.
Dismissed.
