Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0243 dated 07.10.2023 (P-1), under Sections 406, 420 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 24 of the Emigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Naggal, District Ambala, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner on the basis of compromise dated 11.10.2023 (P-2). 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
