Challenge in this writ petition, filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the order dated 10.04.2017 (Annexure P-1), vide which the petitioner has been ordered to be proceeded against ex parte in the proceedings initiated by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 before the Commissioner under the Employee's Compensation Act, Circle-1, Panipat. Order dated 22.06.2017 (Annexure P-2), has also been challenged, vide which ex parte order has been passed by respondent No. 1, awarding compensation. Lastly, the petitioner has also assailed the order dated 17.01.2018 (Annexure P-5), vide which application of the petitioner, filed under Order IX Rule 13 CPC, has been dismissed. 2.

Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received instructions not to press the present writ petition, and to withdraw the same.
