It is submitted by the learned State counsel that a cancellation report in this case has already been submitted before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar on 10.11.2025 and notice in the cancellation report has also been issued to the complainant for 04.04.2026. 2.

It is also contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was a stay operating by the High Court on the cancellation report and despite that, the cancellation report has been filed. The case pertains to the custody death and he is not satisfied with the investigation as complainant was not joined the investigation.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all these pleas before the Ld. Magistrate as notice has already been issued to the complainant in the cancellation report. 4.
